Biography
Alexandra “Ali” Ward is an energy regulatory and projects lawyer in the firm’s San Francisco office. Ali's practice involves the representation of electric and natural gas industry participants and lenders, sponsors, buyers and sellers in the financing, purchase and sale of infrastructure and renewable energy projects. She represents clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and state regulatory agencies. Ali has experience in a wide variety of complex energy policy matters including ratemaking, legislative and regulatory strategy, negotiation and litigation, contracting and a broad range of regulatory compliance matters.
