Biography

Kimberly Franssen focuses her practice on domestic and international business transactions and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, project development, corporate governance, securities offerings, private equity, venture capital and project financings involving renewable energy, energy storage and power generation projects including wind, solar, hydrogen, battery storage and other technologies.

She is experienced in managing all elements of buy-side and sell-side transactions and provides consultation on general corporate matters for private equity portfolio companies, including corporate governance, equity issuances, employment matters and commercial contracts.

Prior to practicing law, she worked for several years in financial regulatory compliance, covering swap dealers, swap data repositories and retail futures and forex markets.
