Biography

Christine Emnett's practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution in the life sciences and biotechnology sectors. Leveraging her technical background in biomedical sciences, Christine has handled matters involving gene editing, antibodies and other biologics, immunotherapies, cell therapies, nucleic acids and vectors, biomarkers, detection assays and related technologies. She also performs patentability searches as well as freedom to operate (FTO) and landscape analysis. She has advised small to multinational clients in the biotechnology space.
