Biography
Kim Stouffer focuses her practice on complex, large-scale transactions within the renewable energy, battery storage, infrastructure and corporate finance sectors. She has represented both lenders and sponsors in project finance transactions involving solar, wind, battery-storage and sustainable aviation fuel. She also has experience in various M&A and tax equity transactions across the US and in Canada.
