Biography
Nick McTyre is an associate in Norton Rose Fulbright's Austin office. His practice is focused on mergers and acquisitions, project development, private equity and related counseling. Nick has represented public and private companies in connection with a broad range of complex domestic and international business transactions, project developments and corporate matters, which includes mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and commercial transactions – with an emphasis on representing developers and sponsors with respect to the development, acquisition and sale of energy and infrastructure projects in the United States and internationally.
