Evan Allen is a project finance lawyer in the Washington, DC office. His practice involves representing lenders and borrowers in financing domestic and international projects, including infrastructure and renewable energy projects.

Prior to attending law school, Evan served in the US Navy where he worked on shipboard nuclear power plants. During law school, Evan served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Grant C. Jaquith on the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, and worked with several leading environmental nonprofit organizations.
