Biography
Ibrahim focuses his practice on renewable energy investments, domestic and international project finance transactions, energy tax credits and other government incentive programs. He also has experience advising clients on a broad range of federal income tax matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions and financings. Additionally, he has significant experience representing clients in all aspects of federal tax controversy in audit examinations, administrative appeals, and at trial.
After graduating from NYU law school, Ibrahim worked for the Honorable Juan F. Vasquez of the United States Tax Court. Ibrahim drafted judicial opinions, orders and decisions, conducted legal research on issues presented to the Tax Court on a wide variety of tax matters.
