Biography
Paul is the Head of the Corporate, M&A and Securities Team in Dallas. He has significant experience in representing public and private companies, including private equity investors and their portfolio companies, in connection with mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, securities offerings, corporate governance matters and other transactional matters. Paul advises clients across a broad range of industries, including consumer products and services, energy, healthcare, technology and financial services.
