Biography

Haris Karacosta is a financial services lawyer based in London. She specialises in financial services regulatory law and advises on a wide range of UK and EU financial services regulatory matters, including the scope of the UK regulatory perimeter, cross-border trade, payment services and the financial promotions regime. Haris has a particular focus on the wholesale sector, advising financial services providers on a wide range of UK and EU non-contentious regulatory matters.  

Before joining the firm, Haris spent almost four years working in the legal department of HM Treasury advising UK policy officials on the financial services regulatory framework and international trade on financial services.

Haris is a qualified solicitor of England & Wales and a qualified lawyer in Cyprus.
