Biography
Anne-Marie Galerneau, an employment and labour lawyer, advises employers of varying sizes that operate in unionized and non-unionized environments. Her employment and labour law practice focuses on issues related to hiring, termination, carrying out disciplinary or administrative measures, labour standards, human rights and freedoms, restrictive employment covenants, government programs, certification as well as the interpretation, application and drafting of employment contracts and collective agreements.
While pursuing her bachelor of laws, Ms. Galerneau studied at the University of Essex, in England, where she became familiar with matters of international law and the principles surrounding common law.
