Biography
John Sivils is an associate in the public finance practice group of Norton Rose Fulbright's Dallas office. John has experience as both underwriter's counsel and bond counsel in tax-exempt and taxable financings for school districts, municipal organizations, and 501(c)(3) health care entities, such as hospitals and senior living communities.
