Our Women in Maritime network began as a result of the desire to stay connected – not just with our colleagues, but our clients and peers navigating this space. Over time we found we had together created a space to collaboratively discuss, learn and challenge the status quo.

Our continued aim is to encourage more women into the industry, to create and support inclusive work cultures where women's careers can thrive and their achievements are celebrated.

Gender diversity at Norton Rose Fulbright

Being a leader in Diversity, equity and inclusion is an integral part of our firm’s vision and strategy. We are committed to promoting gender diversity in industries where women have historically been underrepresented. This year, we launched our Women in Aviation group. We also actively participate in industry organisations including the Real Estate Balance campaign for gender diversity, serve as an official strategic industry partner of Women in Mining UK, and are proud members of WISTA.
