Nichole Tan is an asset finance lawyer based in the Singapore office.

Nichole specialises in corporate banking and shipping finance and has assisted on a range of cross-border finance transactions including but not limited to, bilateral and syndicated loan facilities, sale and leaseback transactions, re-financings and vessel re-flaggings. Nichole also has experience in general corporate and commercial matters.

Prior to joining NRF in 2024, she was previously in-house legal counsel for a leading global shipowner and operator, specializing in the management of a diversified fleet of vessels, including bulk carriers, tankers, and container ships.
