Michael Kaplan concentrates his practice on corporate, M&A and securities matters as well as providing outside general counsel services. Michael has more than 30 years of experience representing private equity firms and public and private companies across multiple industries, both as outside counsel and as in-house general counsel and a member of their executive leadership teams. 

Through his roles as general counsel for several leading companies, Michael has developed a business savvy, solutions-oriented approach that clients appreciate and deep experience in the restaurant, consumer markets and aerospace/defense industries.
