Marjolein Dieperink

Biography

Marjolein Dieperink is an energy lawyer based in Amsterdam. She has a strong focus on the energy sector and energy projects. Her clients include energy companies, developers of energy projects, investors, energy-intensive companies, semi-public entities and governments. 

Marjolein has ample experience in renewables such as solar, wind and heat projects and grids and a broad experience in the field of (SDE) subsidies, (environmental) permits, tendering and sector specific legislation (Electricity Act 1998, Gas Act and Heat Act). In addition, she is a sector specialist and coordinates the regulatory, corporate, real estate and other legal activities related to an energy project.
