Marie is a banking and finance lawyer based in Paris.

Marie mainly advises banks and financial institutions on the structuring, documentation and negotiation of complex transactions, financing, refinancing or restructuring. She specializes in asset finance (mainly real estate), corporate finance (mainly real estate companies) and project finance. Marie also acts on behalf of investors, sponsors and family offices.
