Marcel Gießler is a corporate and M&A lawyer based in Hamburg.

He advises on all aspects of corporate law, including domestic and cross-border transactions, and commercial law.

Marcel studied Law in Halle (Germany) and Chongqing (China). Marcel already worked for us during his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Rostock.

He is a German native speaker and fluent in English.
