Biography
Leah Arthur is a tax lawyer with a broad corporate tax practice that includes corporate and personal tax planning. She has experience assisting with business reorganizations, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Leah also assists private and public corporations with tax planning for a variety of commercial transactions and with advising clients on an ongoing basis regarding internal tax compliance requirements.
Leah joined us for articling in 2022.
