Biography
Lauren Ditschun is a lawyer practising employment and labour law. She practises in a number of areas, including labour relations and arbitration, human rights, employment standards, workplace policies and procedures and wrongful dismissal. Lauren has advised several employers and employer associations on construction labour relations matters.
Lauren joined us in 2019 after articling at an employment and labour boutique. During articling, Lauren completed a secondment at the Ontario Labour Relations Board and in the Toronto Transit Commission's legal department.
Lauren graduated law school with distinction and received multiple academic awards, including awards in employment and labour law, family law and for overall academic excellence.

- An employers' organization in an application to the Ontario Labour Relations Board to expand its accreditation status
- A variety of construction associations seeking to expand or establish bargaining rights
- Several Ontario employer associations in respect of construction labour relations matters
- Various employers and employers' associations in proceedings at the Ontario Labour Relations Board, including grievance referrals, successor and/or related employer applications, jurisdictional disputes and applications for certification
