Biography
Jonathan Crookes is a banking lawyer based in London. He advises on a broad variety of multi-jurisdictional and domestic transactions, representing both borrowers and lenders. Jonathan has an extensive general finance background with a particular focus on real estate finance, general corporate lending, Islamic finance and export credit agency financings.
Jonathan has also spent time on client secondment to the legal team of a major UK bank where he worked alongside their business teams on a mixture of corporate lending and acquisition finance transactions.
Jonathan joined the firm in September 2017, having previously trained and worked at a Magic Circle law firm.
