Biography
Jeremy Grant is a capital markets and finance lawyer, based in Paris. He focuses on securities issuances, structured finance and banking.
He advises on a wide range of products including debt securities, credit facilities, equity and equity-linked instruments, derivatives and structured products.
His clients include financial institutions, sovereigns, funds and corporates in a variety of sectors. His practice covers both investment-grade and non-investment-grade financings with a particular focus on developing markets including CIS, Central Asia and Africa.
A substantial part of his practice is devoted to ESG-related matters, particularly green and sustainability-linked bonds and loans.
