Jenny Smith is an employment and labour lawyer based in Sydney.

Jenny advises clients ranging from major corporate entities to small business and individuals on all aspects of employment and industrial law including drafting and negotiating contracts, acting in employee litigation matters, running employee training programs, conducting investigations and mediations, advising on discrimination and harassment and advising on restraints and workplace restructure.

She also has considerable experience in the role of in-house counsel as a result of secondments to various clients, including publicly listed companies and government bodies. In a number of these secondments Jenny has performed generalist legal roles where she has advised not only on employment law matters, but also on a number of other corporate and commercial matters.
