Biography
Chloe is a construction and infrastructure lawyer, based in Sydney.
Chloe regularly acts on behalf of contractors in the infrastructure, energy and resources sectors. She has earned a reputation among many of the leading international contractors for being a talented and commercially astute practitioner who is equally adept in contentious and non-contentious matters.
Chloe is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution and has acted on a number of high profile construction disputes across Australia and internationally. This includes representing clients in court proceedings, domestic and international arbitrations (including enforcement of awards), expert determinations and mediations. She has made and responded to many adjudications under Security of Payment legislation (in multiple jurisdictions across Australia) and dealt with appeals from, and enforcement of, adjudication determinations.
Chloe manages all aspects of contract preparation, including negotiation, drafting and risk analysis using both standard form and bespoke construction contracts. She regularly acts as project counsel and advises on contract administration.
Prior to starting her career in private practice, Chloe held various legal and commercial roles.
