- The Cornerstone Investors (CDPQ, OMERS, HOOPP, PSPIB and CPPIB) in connection with Bank of Montreal's issue and sale of common shares by way of private placement and concurrent public offering for gross proceeds totaling approximately US$1.9 billion, including US$740 million in gross proceeds from the private placement to the Cornerstone Investors
- Turquoise Hill Resources Ltd. on its C$4.3 billion going private acquisition by Rio Tinto by way of a plan of arrangement
- Station Agro-Biotech on the sale of its mocktail brand Atypique to Keurig Dr Pepper Inc.
- The underwriting syndicate on various public offerings of common shares of BELLUS Health Inc. in Canada and the United States for aggregate gross proceeds of US$433 million
- La Mancha Investments S.à r.l. on its C$89.5 million investment in G Mining Ventures Corp.
- Thrust Capital Partners on the formation of the first Canadian private equity fund dedicated exclusively to the aerospace industry supply chain
- CAE Inc. on its US$392.5 million cross-border acquisition of Sabre Corporation's AirCentre airline operations portfolio
- Coveo Solutions Inc. on its C$215 million initial public offering of subordinate voting shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange
