Yaxun Wang is a banking and project lawyer based in Beijing.

Yaxun has extensive experience in international project finance, export credit finance, acquisition finance and asset-based finance. Yaxun has particular in-depth experience advising Chinese state-owned entities, export credit agencies, commercial banks and corporations on their financing and investment activities in the world.

Before joining us, Yaxun worked in the New York headquarters of a top international law firm. He had also worked in elite Wall Street and Chinese law firms in Hong Kong and Beijing.
