Biography
Eric Malysa is a partner in our business law team who focuses on corporate and commercial law, with an emphasis on private mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, corporate finance, venture capital, corporate restructuring and negotiation of day-to-day commercial supply and procurement arrangements.
He advises domestic and foreign clients of all sizes, from start-up technology and life sciences companies and family offices to multinational corporations and private equity firms in a wide array of industries, including life sciences and healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology, education, infrastructure, manufacturing, oil and gas, and telecommunications industries.

- TELUS in numerous private company acquisitions, including acquisitions in the healthcare, technology, managed IT and telecommunications industries
- Baring Private Equity Asia EQT in its global divestment of portfolio companies
- InfraRed Capital Partners on the corporate structuring, governance and strategic investment in an infrastructure project
- Accenture in the global acquisition of Gevity, a strategy and consulting service provider in the healthcare industry
- XPV Water Partners in the cross-border acquisition of WaterSignal, a Georgia-based water conservation analytics company

- Evonik Corporation in numerous global corporate reorganizations and the negotiation of drug supply and manufacturing agreements
