Jo Chattle is a senior knowledge lawyer based in London.  Her work involves developing and delivering internal and client training, producing client briefings, keeping clients and fee earners up to date with changes in corporate law and regulation and assisting with legal queries.

Jo’s particular focus is on corporate governance, annual reporting, shareholder meetings and corporate advisory work.  She is responsible for our Corporate Governance Portal and our annual Main List and AIM Company AGM Guides and supports fee earners in their corporate advisory work.
