Biography

Michael Nightingale is an employment and industrial relations lawyer based in Sydney.

Michael's areas of expertise include all major aspects of employment law practice, including recruitment and termination of employees and senior executives, remuneration and incentive structuring, workforce restructuring and redundancies, industrial relations management, enterprise agreement negotiation and approval, grievance and misconduct investigations, provision of workplace compliance training, contract and policy drafting, Banking Executive Accountability Regime (BEAR) requirements, Corporations Act termination payment limitations, whistleblower issues, and advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions.
