Biography
Andy Cripe advises employers on all aspects of global workforce management, compliance, business transformation (including workforce restructuring, outsourcing and reductions), and dispute resolution.
Clients look to Andy for support in developing and implementing comprehensive ethics, compliance, training, audit and other workforce risk management and transformation programs, including with respect to diversity, equity and inclusion (e.g., pay equity audits and affirmative action compliance), human capital ESG reporting, harassment and discrimination, workplace health and safety, and intellectual property protection.
Andy routinely conducts investigations for clients on workplace and compliance issues, particularly when sensitive or significant concerns are raised through internal ethics and compliance hotlines.
Clients also look to Andy for general counsel on day-to-day employment and other matters across a wide range of issues, including wage and hour compliance, workplace harassment prevention and response, disability accommodation and leave administration and intellectual property protection.
Andy regularly works with international and publicly traded companies and supports workforce management across a variety of industries, including tech, healthcare, transportation and logistics, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and entertainment.
