Norton Rose Fulbright advises on refinancing of ContourGlobal’s solar portfolio

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, original lender and green loan coordinator, and Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A., IMI Corporate & Investment Banking division, as mandated lead arranger, bookrunner, original lender and agent, on the €47,285,000 refinancing of a portfolio of 24 photovoltaic plants, with a total capacity of 18.3 MWp, owned by ContourGlobal Horus S.r.l., part of the ContourGlobal Group. This is the first Green Loan project financing that reached financial close in Italy by ContourGlobal. Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank acted as Green Loan Coordinator.
ContourGlobal is a leading British power generation business, listed on the premium segment of the London Stock Exchange. It has been present in Italy for over 10 years and owns over 4.8 GW of generating capacity in 18 countries.
