Norton Rose Fulbright appoints Dominic Stuttaford as Global Head of Tax

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright today announced the appointment of London partner Dominic Stuttaford as its Global Head of Tax.
Previously the firm’s Head of Tax in Europe, the Middle East and Asia (EMEA), Dominic focuses on the tax aspects of corporate finance and other finance transactions and structures, with a particular interest in the insurance, resources and technology sectors.
Dominic’s experience includes the mergers and acquisitions of public and private companies, group restructurings and other finance structures. He also has an active litigation practice in the UK as well as internationally.

Paris partner Antoine Colonna d’Istria will be taking over from Dominic as the Head of Tax in EMEA and London partner Matthew Hodkin will be taking on the role of London Team Leader.
