Summit
June 15, 2021With the issue of compliance rising up the corporate agenda, the role of the compliance officer has never been more critical to meeting ever-changing and increasing legal and regulatory demands. However the role of compliance officers is much more than simply keeping the company out of trouble. Their real value lies in embedding a culture of ‘doing the right thing’ and to help the company reach its goals fairly and honestly.
2021 marks the 20th anniversary of both the Compliance Magazine (Tijdschrift voor Compliance (TvC)), and the Association of Compliance Officers, (de Vereniging van Compliance Officers (VCO)). We invite you to join us in celebrating two decades of success in a thought-provoking summit, putting the evolving role of the compliance officer in the spotlight.
The summit will cover how the role of the compliance officer has changed, as well as our expectations on how the role will evolve in the future. We will specifically address the challenges compliance officers are likely to deal with and suggest some practical ways to address them.
On the day of the summit, we will also be launching our special edition of the Compliance Magazine focusing on the evolving role of the compliance officer.
We hope that you the summit will provoke insightful discussions that will spark your interest to read more about the topic.
We look forward to seeing you there.
