Biography
Harindra Kalaiselvi is an associate in our Toronto office with a focus on technology, cybersecurity and data privacy. Harindra has experience drafting and negotiating commercial technology contracts (such as SaaS, licensing, transfer and data sharing agreements).
While in law school, Harindra served as a director for the Conflict Analytics Lab - a research incubator developing AI-powered applications for legal dispute resolution. Prior to law school, Harindra obtained a master's degree in physiology. During his scientific studies, Harindra designed clinical protocols to evaluate and treat patients with chronic kidney disease and diabetes.
Harindra has previous work experience as legal counsel for a leading stock exchange in Toronto, in addition to completing his articles at a national business law firm.
