Biography
Sandra Hahn Duraffourg is an energy lawyer based in Paris. She focuses on public economic law and regulated industrial activities.
Sandra advises clients on legal and regulatory issues relating to the development or acquisition of projects in the energy sector. She advises both network operators (including a secondment to the Legal Department of electricity distribution network operator Enedis in 2018) and market players (producers, suppliers and consumers).
She combines skills in general public law with a good knowledge of contracts subject to the rules of the public procurement code (public procurement contracts, concessions and other complex arrangements), and is proficient in the specific issues raised by the awarding, where appropriate financing, and performance of contracts.
She also has a sound knowledge of legal issues specific to the energy sector, and in particular the electricity sector, and of the provisions (both domestic and European) applicable to network operators, as well as their technical reference documentation.
