Biography
Alan de Rochefort-Reynolds is a dispute resolution lawyer based in Sydney.
Alan practice focuses on international arbitration, cross-border disputes and international trade. He has represented clients in the energy, resources, finance and infrastructure sectors in both international commercial arbitrations and investor-State disputes.
Alan regularly advises on corporate structuring and investment treaty protections, primarily in Africa and Asia, export controls and sanctions. He also has experience advising on and drafting inter-State agreements.
In addition, Alan acts in complex litigation before State and Federal Courts.
Prior to joining the firm, Alan was an arbitration associate to international arbitrator Dr Michael Pryles AO PBM in Australia and Singapore. He has served as a tribunal secretary in SIAC and UNCITRAL arbitrations.
