Legal Innovators 2021

Norton Rose Fulbright's Head of Innovation, Jeremy Coleman, kicked off this years' Legal Innovators conference on October 21 with a thought-provoking keynote speech about the economic impact that standards have on the UK economy. ‘By standardising the way we connect and classify legal work, we will enable the industry to progress faster and focus on improving the customer experience. Standards are the bedrock of innovation.’

Jeremy also highlighted the need for sector-wide collaboration to facilitate data transfer and sharing between technology providers, improve communication, analysis and business information, and to create a new understanding of confidentiality, which is relevant for a digital world.
