Business methods, USPTO Director’s update FY2019

Jim is currently a Technology Center (TC) Director in TC3600 (Transportation, Construction, Electronic Commerce, Agriculture, National Security and License and Review) and oversees patent examination operations in the area of business methods. He is expected to speak on, among other topics

• Business methods data trends, training and initiatives
• USPTO patent programs, initiatives and resources
• Updates to the USPTO business methods website and other resources
