On May 13, the Canadian Intellectual Property Office (CIPO) once more extended most deadlines in the period beginning March 16 and ending May 31, 2020, to the next working day or until June 1, 2020.

There remains a strong likelihood that CIPO will further extend deadlines beyond this date, because the CIPO announcement includes the warning: “It should still be noted that if the circumstances that led to the designation of these days continue, the Commissioner, Registrar and Minister may decide to extend the period of time for which days are designated.”
We will continue to monitor the situation and advise you accordingly.
