Henri Barbeau is a litigation and disputes lawyer based in our Montreal office whose practice covers all aspects of civil and commercial litigation. He handles a wide range of mandates before Quebec courts, including complex litigation and class actions involving corporate and commercial disputes, consumer protection law, administrative law, and insolvency law. In addition to acting before Quebec courts, Henri has also acted on behalf of Canadian and international clients before international arbitral tribunals. 

During his law studies at the Université de Montréal, Henri interned for Justice Paul Mayer of the Superior Court of Quebec and the Specific Claims Tribunal. After completing his articling with Norton Rose Fulbright in Montreal, Henri obtained a Master's of Law from NYU School of Law.
