Ingrid Anton is a knowledge lawyer in the Montréal office's business law team, with a focus on general corporate commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, and debt and equity financing.

In cooperation with members of the knowledge management team across Canada, Ingrid creates and maintains template and precedent documents, practice guides and reference materials for members of the business law team in Quebec, and closely follows legal developments to ensure those documents remain up to date. Having joined us in 2023, Ingrid brings to this role more than 10 years of practical business law experience in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and general corporate commercial matters, both in national and international firms, as well as sophisticated in-house legal teams.
