Fridoun's practice focusses on energy projects and M&A, where he incorporates the provision of legal advice to resources operations companies on matters ranging from general corporate organisation to employment, compliance, and management of relations with regulators. His clients include government bodies, oil and gas companies from exploration to production, offshore private equity houses and international banks.
