Anne-Laure is a corporate and banking lawyer based in Paris.

Anne-Laure focuses on mergers and acquisitions, privatisations, international joint ventures and general corporate transactions with a particular emphasis on francophone Africa. She is also experienced in secured finance transactions in francophone African countries, advising both borrowers and financial institutions.

She studied law at the University of Paris XI (Sceaux) and Edinburgh University and has a degree in business law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.

Anne-Laure was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2000. She speaks French, English and Spanish.
