Jill Gauntlett is a corporate lawyer based in London. She has 30 years' experience gained both in Europe and Asia (where she headed the corporate team in Singapore). Now a Senior Consultant, she was a corporate partner from 1997 to 2019.

Jill has broad ranging experience of cross-border M&A, joint ventures/shareholders agreements and general corporate and commercial matters. She has also acted as a relationship partner for a number of our international clients and served on the firm's global board.

Jill studied law at Keble College, Oxford University.
