Biography
Gary Gould is a senior associate in the Houston office, representing an array of clients in complex commercial litigation. Gary has litigated energy sector disputes involving joint venture and M&A transactions, as well as goods and services agreements. He has also represented financial institutions in varied high-stakes litigation and advised financial clients in enforcement matters involving state and federal regulators. Prior to joining the firm, Gary served for two years as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Kenneth M. Hoyt of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

- Obtained US$5 million summary judgment for healthcare investor client in breach of contract dispute
- As co-counsel for multinational energy firm in ERISA matter, secured affirmance of summary judgment from the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals
- As co-counsel for Chapter 7 trustee in involuntary bankruptcy, prosecuted adversary proceeding resulting in US$6.1 million recovery in assets for creditors
- Represented television production company in state court lawsuit by former reality show contestants alleging Texas law torts
