Christopher Dvorak focuses his practice on public finance matters and resides at the firm's Dallas office. Prior to joining Norton Rose Fulbright, Mr. Dvorak worked in the Public Finance Division of the Texas Attorney General's Office, where he reviewed tax-exempt obligations issued by municipalities, counties, school districts, special districts, and conduit issuers to ensure compliance with state law.
