Norton Rose Fulbright strengthens real estate practice in Frankfurt with partner Dr. Holger Wolf

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has expanded its real estate practice in Germany with the addition of partner Dr. Holger Wolf to its Frankfurt office.
Dr. Holger Wolf, who joined from White & Case on 24 April 2023, reinforces the firm’s renowned real estate practice with his broad experience in real estate transactions and restructurings.
Holger has extensively advised listed and private investors on complex national and cross-border real estate transactions (asset and share deals), including acquisition financing, as well as refinancing and restructuring of real estate companies.
In addition, Dr. Holger Wolf has experience in structured financing in the real estate sector, as well as capital market transactions for real estate companies, including IPOs. He advises domestic and foreign investors on the overall structuring of their real estate investments at the interface of tax, regulatory and financing issues.
