Norton Rose Fulbright advises Real I.S. on sale of "Oswald" office property in Stuttgart, Germany

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Munich-based real estate company Real I.S. AG on the sale of the "Oswald" office property in Stuttgart. The building comprises more than 9,000 square meters and is exclusively leased to the Thieme publishing group. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price or the buyer.
The office building, which was constructed in 2003, is located in the Feuerbach district of Stuttgart. Real I.S. had acquired the building in 2008 for the Luxembourg real estate special AIF BGV III and extended the lease with Thieme on a long-term basis prior to the sale.
The Real I.S. Group is one of the leading German providers of real estate investments for private and institutional investors. It manages real estate worth approximately eight billion euros in eleven countries. Current investment focuses are Germany, Europe and Australia. In Germany, Real I.S. has asset management and property management units in Munich, Berlin, Hamburg, Jena, Leipzig and Dresden. In addition, there are international subsidiaries and representative offices in France, the Netherlands, Spain, Luxembourg and Australia.
