Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Santander Bank Polska on financing for a borrower within the 7R group for the construction of a warehouse in Gdańsk.
7R City Park Gdańsk Airport is a modern facility consisting of three halls with a total area of 40,500 sqm. It is equipped with eco-friendly and innovative solutions that benefit the environment and provide a high level of comfort for work, confirmed by the BREEAM Very Good certification. The project includes a 250 kWp photovoltaic installation with expansion capabilities, high-quality thermal insulation for walls, and daylighting complemented by LED lamps. The facility is a combination of warehouses, production functions and office buildings with easy access to the Tri-City and Baltic ports.
The Warsaw team was led by associate Karolina Lepakiewicz and included lawyers Dominika Wojtkowska and Wiktoria Jadczak. Associate Magdalena Olechniewicz-Blocher, senior associate Maciej Dubiel and associate Jan Nowjalis supported on due diligence aspects. Tomasz Rogalski, partner and head of real estate finance practice in Poland, supervised the transaction.
