Global antitrust risk map – what does it cover?

In developing the global antitrust risk map, we’ve worked with our teams across our global network using their expertise and skill in competition law, and also working with local counsel in places where we don’t have offices, to bring together profiles for each different jurisdiction worldwide - over 120 countries. 

We’ve summarised the relevant laws and we’ve also answered some specific questions such as “What powers do the authorities have?  “Do they actively use these powers?, so whether that be powers to impose fines, whether there may be criminal sanctions for individuals. And we hope that will provide a useful tool for companies to assess the level of risk within each country by comparing and contrasting the different regimes.
