Biography
Aditya Tumakaka is a corporate and commercial lawyer based in Jakarta. Aditya’s industry practice focuses on financial institutions specialising in mergers and acquisitions, regulatory compliance, and finance. He has more than 14 years’ experience across the financial institutions industry, both as a lawyer and general counsel to leading financial technology companies in Indonesia. Aditya has extensive experience in leading various M&A deals and corporate restructuring in complex financial services regulatory environment, conventional and shariah banking and finance, financial service license application under the Indonesian Financial Services Authority (OJK), Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency of Indonesia (BAPPEBTI), syndicated loan transaction, structuring and closing fund raising transactions for startups.
